had a large group of 12. We were all served at the same time! The food was hot and absolutely delicious - full of flavor and beautifully presented. Great selection of wines. Reasonable priced. Stivi, our server, was wonderful! Portions were perfect. The place is decorated nicely, felt like we were visiting Nonna! We have so many Italian restaurants in Sarasota and THIS one is worth the visit! The food is so good! Homemade pasta - cooked al dente - absolutely delicious - flavorful sauce - so good! the steak was perfectly cooked and presented artfully. Every one of us enjoyed our meals and had a wonderful time. Thank you! Will be back! Went back with a group of 8 - just as delicious - the decor is inviting - love the plates and glasses, the variety of seating, color scheme - it feels like you are walking into a home. Great wine + seriously delicious food plated exquisitely, and great service. Even the bills are served in books - adorable! My go to is the pacherri alla scoglio - the pasta is fresh and the sauce light and super flavorful! Others enjoyed the lasagna, pacheri contadina, beef scallopini, chicken parm, lentil soup, focaccia, and salads. Stivi is the best! Looking forward to our next visit.

I grew up in in Italy so I have thoughts about How certain Italian dishes should be prepared. This was straight down memory lane and absolutely perfect for it. Pasta was Fresh, al dente, Genevese sauce was rich, Sweet with onions and Profound with the meat and sausage components. Came here on a lucky recommendation, I now have a debt of gratitude to repay to that person who suggested this place for me. A beautiful meal blissfully enjoyed.

We highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for an authentic Italian experience! Great food, friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Perfect spot for a date night or any other occasion. The Lasagna is 10/10, best one we’ve ever had! We’ll definitely be back!

The only place we found open on Thanksgiving!!! And it was absolutely perfect. It's very nicely decorated, everything hadxa vintage touch and we quote liked it. Service was excellent, even though the place was very busy. The food is delicious - on the pricy side but we went for a special occasion so didn't mind. Pasta is amazing, tasted authentically homemade. Dessert was very good - a bit expensive. Coming from Canada though everything converts as "expensive,". Overall highly recommend for a nice and enjoyable outing.

A taste of southern Italy in Sarasota! The restaurant feels like Sunday dinner at your family’s home! The decor is modern Italian chic. The gravy on the meatballs was delicious and perfect for dipping the crust of the focaccia pizza! Highly recommend for a date night or family dinner out!

Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The wine selection was great, we had a bottle of Malbec. Calamari and arugula salad for appetizer and the pasta dishes were phenomenal. Our server Andy was fantastic. Everyone there was quick and eager to help, even with a packed restaurant. Highly recommended! Will definitely be back!
